Report your invention
If you, as an employee at Aalborg University, have made an invention in relation to your work, you are obligated to notify the university in writing and to keep the invention secret until otherwise agreed with AAU Technology Transfer Office.
You report your invention by completing the AAU Invention Disclosure Form and sending it to us, as described in the form.

It is important that all relevant information of significance is attached to the invention disclosure form, so a reasonable evaluation of the commercial significance of the invention can be made. Therefore, pay special attention to the fact that all formalities, such as distribution of rights and signatures from all inventors, are attached to the form.
